Interpet Filters

Interpet Fish Filter
Goldfish live in their own waste. This can make the bowl cloudy with toxic waste particles that are unsightly and unhealthy to fish. Undergravel filtration creates a clear, healthy aquarium by trapping suspended waste matter and biologically removing toxic fish waste. An air pump (not included) creates a flow of bubbles that in turn pulls water through the gravel at the bottom of the bowl where waste material is trapped. Bacteria growing on the gravel biologically remove the toxic fish waste as the water passes through it. The biological process can take up to 6 weeks to mature. The water then flows through the filter plate and up with the bubbles from the air pump to the top of the bowl. The Fish Bowl Filter is easy to install with assembly and maintenance instructions provided.
